ARTICLE 1. DEFINITION
The services concerning entry tickets to Arrow Game presented on the site http://arrowgamecharentes.fr/ are offered by the company SASU Arrow Game
These General Conditions are valid from January 1, 2022.
ARTICLE 2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general conditions of sale and use (hereinafter the ""General Conditions"") apply to all services intended for individual customers offered by SASU Arrow Game
Ordering services is reserved for Users who have read and accepted by clicking these General Conditions in their entirety prior to each order.
SASU Arrow Game reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time, without notice, it being understood that such modifications will not be applicable to reservations previously accepted
All users undertake to comply with these Conditions and in particular to pay all amounts due, and to accept the conditions and limitations of liability relating to the availability of the Products and Services offered.
The function of the Sites is to allow individual users to purchase admission tickets online.
ARTICLE 3. PRICES
They are set annually and vary only according to the age of the users.
ARTICLE 4. PROGRAMS
The operator reserves the right to modify its programs or even cancel them for technical or meteorological reasons or in the event of external events beyond its control.
ARTICLE 5. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE
To use the online sales section of the site and to make any purchase, you must be at least 18 years old, be legally capable of entering into a contract and use this Site in accordance with these General Conditions.
You are financially responsible for the use of the Site both in your name and on behalf of third parties, including minors, unless you can demonstrate fraudulent use not resulting from any fault or negligence on your part. You also guarantee the truth and accuracy of the information provided by you or any other third party using your data on this Site.
Use of the online purchasing service of these Sites, which is fraudulent or which contravenes these General Conditions, may result in SASU Arrow Game refusing to honor the services fraudulently ordered and access to the Services offered on said Site.
ARTCILE 6. PLACING AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Buying a ticket:
The purchase of a ticket must be made at least 24 hours before its use.
A ticket purchased on our Sites is valid throughout the current season. The time and date are at the choice of the customer who will comply with the opening times and dates appearing on our Sites.
After completing all the forms and making their secure payment, the customer will receive a reservation confirmation. Their ticket will be sent to them by email, within a minimum of 24 hours, after receipt of payment by our services.
Before going to the Arrow Game ticket office, the customer MUST PRESENT THEIR TICKET so that all the numbers and QR codes are perfectly legible. The ticket must be presented at any check by SASU Arrow Game agents inside the Arrow Game premises. The ticket is only valid if it is printed on white A4 paper, blank on both sides, without modification of print size, in portrait (vertical) format with a laser or inkjet printer. It cannot under any circumstances be presented on another medium (electronic, screen, etc.).
Good print quality is necessary. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact details you provide when making your reservation are correct and that they will allow you to receive confirmation of your reservation and/or benefit from the Products or Services ordered.

All information appearing on the booking confirmation will be deemed to constitute the agreement of the parties. However, they can only be contested to the extent that they differ from the order.
Entrance tickets purchased on our sites are NEITHER EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE. They allow direct access to the Arrow Game site. From the moment of its Creation, and even if it has not yet been printed by the User, the ticket is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Tickets issued are sent after confirmation of payment by email.
It is your sole and entire responsibility to correctly and completely enter the information which will allow SASU Arrow Game to provide the services reserved on the Site. The customer must have their ticket to be able to access the Arrow Game site.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the rules specified above, this title will be considered invalid.
ARTICLE 7. PROOF
It is expressly agreed that, unless there is a manifest error on the part of SASU Arrow Game, the data stored in the SASU Arrow Game information system has probative force regarding orders placed. Data on computer or electronic media kept by SASU Arrow Game constitute evidence and, if they are produced as means of proof by SASU Arrow Game in any contentious or other procedure, they will be admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties of the in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received or kept in writing.

ARTICLE 8. RESPONSIBILITIES AND GUARANTEES
For use of the Site
SASU Arrow Game does not guarantee that the Site will be free from anomalies, errors or bugs, nor that these can be corrected, nor that the Site will operate without interruption or breakdowns, nor that it is compatible with equipment or a particular configuration other than that expressly validated by SASU Arrow Game.
SASU Arrow Game is in no way responsible for malfunctions attributable to third-party software, whether or not it is incorporated into the Site or provided by it.
Under no circumstances is SASU Arrow Game liable for any type of foreseeable or unforeseeable damage (including loss of profits or opportunities) arising from the use or the total or partial inability to use the Site. Finally, SASU Arrow Game cannot control all of the sites to which it refers via hypertext links, which only exist to facilitate the User's searches, SASU Arrow Game is in no way responsible for their content.
You declare that you know the characteristics and limits of the Internet, in particular its technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring data and the risks related to communications security.
For the provision of the Ticket
Unless there is a malfunction of the Site which is attributable to them, SASU Arrow Game cannot be held responsible for any anomalies which may occur during the ordering, processing or printing of the Ticket, attributable either to your act, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party unrelated to the service, or in a case of force majeure (for example, anomalies caused by any hardware, software or means of connection used or by a third party service provider).
The information you provide on the Site allows SASU Arrow Game to process and execute orders placed on the Site.
ARTICLE 9. SECURITY
Customers undertake to respect without restriction the regulations and safety instructions displayed at Arrow Game.
We remind you that dangerous dogs are prohibited, and that other dogs are accepted if kept on a leash.
ARTICLE 10. ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
The plaintiff may, at his choice, seize, in addition to the jurisdiction of the place where the defendant resides:
- in contractual matters, the jurisdiction of the place of actual delivery of the thing or the place of execution of the service provision.
